The purpose of the Howard University CyberSecurity Education and Research Center (CERC) is to prepare students to excel in the growing CyberSecurity workforce through education, training, counseling, and support services. The CERC supported students will include undergraduates, graduates, and community members (non-matriculated).
Career Path Domains Supported:
The CERC programs are aligned to directly support entry level positions in the following NIST (National Institute of Standards) Cyberseek defined Cyber Security career domains (http://cyberseek.org/ ) :
- Financial and Risk Analysis
- Security Intelligence
- Computer Networking and Operations
- Software Development and System Engineering
