IBM Consulting will be onsite at the Howard School of Business to present Blockchain Technologies and Security on Weds (9:40am – 10:45am) in Room 418.
Thank you to the PWC team for sponsoring a very challenging and well attended capture-the-flag competition on Feb 23rd. The event was a *big* hit and the winning students were Gaetan Garcon, Novaro Thompson, Treelat Xue, Macaya Jones, Zakiah Walker and Brianna Smith.
Kali Linux mentoring workshops were conducted on Feb. 1st and Feb 15th in the School of Business with senior IS majors providing instruction. This was a great opportunity for students to build-up their cyber skills.
Howard University Information Systems students attended the 2019 BEYA STEM Conference on Feb 7th -9th to particpate programs, meet public and private sector industry representatives, and to discuss career opportunities.
